Refund policy

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. Products are only eligible for refunds and return if – (i) the product has been delivered to you in a spoilt or damaged condition (ii) there is a manufacturing defect in the product (iii) such other valid reasons as may be acceptable to TrueSouth, solely at its discretion.

2. All refunds and returns are on sole discretion of TrueSouth upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management.

3. You have 7 (seven) calendar days to return a product from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in the original packaging. Your need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase of the Product.

4. Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the product you returned. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a month, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

5. Refund/Replacement shall also be entertained in the event there is a manufacturing defect. The process of returns set out in this clause needs to be adhered to - in order to initiate any refund / replacement.

6. The order shall be considered delivered if:

6.1. Delivery is not done due to wrong address given by you
6.2. Non-availability of the recipients at the address
6.3. Premises locked
6.4. Wrong phone number, phone not working, switched off or not reachable, when tried by the delivery agent
6.5. Addressee refused to accept the products
6.6. Delivered the product at the security cabin of the building/reception/neighbour, based on your instructions.

In case of civil disturbances, floods, heavy rains, national bandhs or in the event of any other force majeure event, we reserve the right to cancel the order or reschedule the delivery to another date.

7. Calculation of refunds for cancelled subscriptions
Once you’ve requested cancellation, our team will check your subscription details such as the date of purchase, the date of cancellation and the amount. The refund amount will consist of only the amounts which you have not been billed. Discounts applied will be reversed for premature cancellation.

For example: During a 3-month plan, if you’ve cancelled your subscription right before the 2nd month’s billing cycle, then the amount refundable will be the combined total of the 2nd month and 3rd month’s billing amounts (excluding the discounts offered).
