A story that’s been going strong since 1905 - when the Pereiras
embarked on a journey to the Western Ghats. The mission?
To set up a coffee estate… where they can plant,
grow and make coffee.
Decades of advancements followed - both on the technological
and agricultural fronts, with new skills learnt and used to
improve the yield, and go waist-deep into the science behind
coffee production to make that perfect cup of coffee.

Our plantation is only one of the few farms to have a
full-fledged nursery. Maintaining a strict control over
every bean grown resulted in a consistent
taste profile every time.
Men and women experienced in coffee farming
tend to the plants, picking and sorting the best Arabicas
and Robustas for processing. The beans are then
sun-dried on seasoned 50-year old
barbecue bricks for the rich, natural taste.

Roast, first. State-of-the-art roasters get to work,
bringing the beans to medium-dark as soon as you place the
order - to bring out the smell and taste, just as desired.
Once roasted, they’re ground with care using
Swiss-made grinders as per your choice in
size. And voila... your coffee powder is ready.
