A story of zest, the zest for coffee that’s been going strong for over
a century - ever since a band of coffee lovers with the last name
‘Pereira’ embarked on a journey to the lush and mighty Western
Ghats. The mission? To set up their coffee estate… where they can
plant, grow and produce coffee.
As a result, decades of developments followed - both on the
technological and the agricultural fronts, with new skills being
learnt and leveraged to improve the yield at every turn and go
waist-deep into the science behind coffee making to render the
beverage with all its aroma and taste intact.

Our plantation is only one of the few farms to have a
full-fledged nursery. Maintaining a strict control over every
bean we grow for the last three decades resulted in a
consistent taste profile ever since.
Men and women with vast experience in coffee farming
tend to the plants, picking and sorting the best Arabicas
and Robustas for processing. All of the beans are sun-dried
on seasoned barbecue bricks that are over 50 years old for a
taste that’s as natural as it gets.

The roast comes first. State-of-the-art roasters get to work,
bringing the coffee beans to a medium-dark immediately
after you place the order - to bring out the smell and taste of
coffee, as desired.
Once the beans are roasted, they’re grounded with care
using Swiss-made grinders as per the size you select. And
voila... your coffee powder is ready to be poured and stirred.
